A retired Trooper with 20 years of service or more, regardless of rank, from any State Police or Highway Patrol Department in the United States.  This includes a Trooper that is disabled due to a line of duty injury regardless of years of service.
	An active Trooper; regardless of rank, from any State Police or Highway Patrol Department in the United States that has completed 20 years or more of service.
	Complete a "Retired Troopers Association" application for membership and submit the application along with a copy of your departmental identification and showing that you have completed 20 years or more of active service.  Dues are just $20.00 per year.
