The Retired Troopers Association is an organization dedicated to its membership, the community and children.  Our membership is made up of Troopers from many states but one characteristic remains the same and that is we are all "Troopers" regardless of rank or assignment and we share a common brotherhood.  Through the R.T.A., Troopers have been able to assist Troopers in need, sponsor scholarships so young people can pursue a career in law enforcement and help local agencies fight the devastating effects of child abuse by giving financial assistance.  We have dedicated the "Guardian" Newsletter to better serve and inform our membership.
