"The Guardian" is the official newsletter of The Retired Troopers Association.  The Guardian is an 8 page full color newsletter that is designed with retirees and our association in mind.  It contains articles regarding health in later years, investing and enhancing your retirement and articles regarding the fight against child abuse.  We also include information on students that participate in our scholarship program.  The R.T.A. strongly believes in the fight against child abuse and to further our concern for young people we offer our scholarship program for those wanting a career in law enforcement.
